Raul Navarro is an accomplished Fire Engineer and Chartered Building Engineer with over 15 years of experience in managing complex commercial, retail, hospitality, and sports-sector projects across the United Kingdom and Europe. Raul is the Director of VARO Consulting Ltd, where he leads multi-disciplinary teams delivering end-to-end project management, building regulation compliance, and fire safety engineering solutions.

His expertise includes the development of robust fire engineering strategies and fire risk assessments, with a strong track record in implementing BS 9999-based solutions for retail fit-outs, restaurants, and high-value commercial premises. Raul has personally overseen fire engineering reporting and fire strategy development for over 1000 retail projects in the UK and Europe, covering floor areas from 700 sqm to 3,000 sqm.

As a Building Engineer, Raul brings extensive experience in coordinating the design, construction, and compliance elements of new builds, refurbishments, and complex fit-outs.
